Daniel Morgan

Since establishing his company in 1979, Daniel Morgan has worked with numerous non-profit and for-profit developers on more than 150 projects that have been financed with over $500 million in equity investment.  Prior to starting the company, he served as a naval Officer, a management consultant with Touche Ross & Co., and a Peace Corp Volunteer in Ecuador and Venezuela.  Mr. Morgan has a B.A. degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.  He has served on the board of directors for Metro Denver Habitat for Humanity, Habitat for Humanity of Colorado, Colorado Housing, Inc., Rocky Mountain Communities and as a member of the CHFA Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Processes Subcommittee.  In 2018 he received the Herlinger Award for life-time achievements in helping provide affordable housing in Colorado.

Adam Morgan

Since joining Morgan and Associates in 2003 Adam Morgan has worked on over 100 affordable housing projects in multiple states. In addition to low income housing tax credits (LIHTC), Adam is an expert in Historic, Renewable Energy and New Markets Tax Credits.  He has extensive relationships with the affordable housing equity and debt providers. He has an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School with a focus on real estate development and a BS Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Denver.  He is a member of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) Tax Credit Advisory Group (TAG).
